SEASON PASS PICK UP GUIDE
Please review the following guide and ensure that all the necessary steps are completed for a quick and seamless pass pick up.
+ STEP ONE - PURCHASE PASS
You can find our Season Pass Store HERE
You can find our Season Pass Policy HERE.
*Additional Family Pass is ONLY valid in conjunction with the purchase of a Family Pass and stictly for immediate family memebers.
+ STEP TWO - SIGN LIABILITY WAIVER
A new waiver must be completed each season for every season pass holder. Ensure that your waiver is completed properly by following the guide, linked below.
If you have not completed the waiver properly, you will be asked to redo it when you come to pick up your pass.
Tips for a successful waiver:
- Two adults should NOT appear on the same waiver.
- One parent/guardian MUST appear on any waiver with minors (under 18 years of age), whether the parent is a passholder or not.
- There CAN be multiple minors on one waiver.
You can find the Liability Waiver Guide HERE.
You can find the quick link to the waiver HERE. Be sure to select the "Season Pass Waiver"
Troubleshooting: If you are getting an "age limit" error, it may be because the guest who is assigned as the “Account Owner” in the system is under 18. Please give us a call and we can update the account owner to avoid this error in the future.
+ STEP THREE - LOGIN TO GUEST ACCOUNT & UPLOAD PHOTO
Photo Upload
Tips for a successful photo:
- Think like a passport photo. We only need you collar bone and up.
- Light coloured background.
- No face covering or hats that create showdows or hide your face.
- Light on your face to avoid dark shadows.
- Show us your best smile.
- Long rectangular photos will looked "squished" on your pass card.
You can find the Guest Account Login & Photo Upload Guide HERE.

Important:
Our refund policy allows for partail refunds on UNUSED passes up to December 31st. By picking up your pass prior to the first time you access the hill, you will no longer be elegible for that refund. Season passes that have been picked up are assumed to be used. You will not be eligible for refund regardless of whether the pass has been used or not.
If you don't want to waive the refund window that ends Dec.31, do not pick up your pass prior to Dec.31, unless you are going to use it between opening day and Dec. 31/25. You can revisit our Season Pass Policy HERE.
